66rr Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 66rr ("the Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of 66rr.ws and all services, games, promotions and features offered therein. By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using 66rr.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

66rr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of 66rr.ws after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on 66rr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested by 66rr at any time, including before processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems and bots are prohibited from registering accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information at registration and update it promptly whenever it changes.
• You may hold only one account. Duplicate or linked accounts will be closed, with balances forfeited.

66rr reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Approval of a registration does not guarantee continued access if eligibility conditions subsequently cease to be met.

3. Account Management

Your 66rr account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. All activity conducted via your credentials is deemed authorised by you, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.

3.1 Password Security

Choose a strong, unique password for 66rr and never reuse passwords from financial services such as bKash, Nagad or any banking app. Do not share your password with any third party. 66rr support staff will never request your password through any channel. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, notify 66rr immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.2 Account Verification

66rr may at any time request identity verification documentation including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending withdrawals will be processed before closure. If you wish to exclude yourself for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion function in your account dashboard rather than simply requesting closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 66rr are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit ৳300. Minimum withdrawal ৳500. Large transactions may require additional verification before processing.
• 66rr charges no fee on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your payment provider are not the responsibility of 66rr.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method previously used for a deposit on your account, unless 66rr support explicitly authorises an alternative after satisfactory verification.
• 66rr may withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.
• Funds in your 66rr account are for gaming purposes only. 66rr does not operate as a bank and does not pay interest on account balances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

66rr offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. Where a conflict exists, the specific offer terms prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New 66rr accounts are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳500. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 12x the bonus amount and must be rolled over within 30 days of being credited. Failure to complete the rollover within the validity period results in automatic expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings. The welcome bonus may not be claimed more than once per player, household, IP address, device or payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Bets placed using bonus funds count toward the requirement according to each game's contribution rate. Live casino, slots and crash games are generally eligible at rates stated in the specific offer. Games contributing 0% do not reduce the outstanding rollover balance, though they may still be played using bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or any pattern of play 66rr reasonably determines to be designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on 66rr are governed by their individual rules as published on the platform. By participating in any game you confirm you have read and understood its rules. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the platform's logged data shall be the definitive record.

6.1 RNG Games

All non-live casino games on 66rr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The RTP percentage published for each game reflects the theoretical expected return over a statistically significant number of rounds and does not guarantee any individual session outcome.

6.2 Live Casino Games

Live casino games on 66rr are streamed from professional studio environments operated by licenced third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Outcomes are determined by real physical game elements dealt by professional human dealers in real time. The following applies in cases of technical failure:

• If a round is voided before any cards are dealt or wheel is spun, all bets for that round will be refunded in full.
• If a round is partially completed and a technical failure prevents its conclusion, the provider's logged data will determine the applicable outcome or refund.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. 66rr reserves the right to adjust bet limits on any game at any time. Placing bets exceeding published maximum limits does not entitle the player to winnings calculated on the excess portion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 66rr. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

7.1 Fraud and Money Laundering

You must not use 66rr for any fraudulent purpose, including using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, making chargebacks after withdrawing winnings, or using the platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity. 66rr operates anti-money laundering procedures and may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.

7.2 Collusion and Cheating

Any form of collusion between players, use of software tools designed to gain an unfair advantage (including game bots, card-reading software or exploit scripts), or communicating with other players during a live game for the purpose of gaining an advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7.3 Underage Access

Registering or attempting to register an account while under the age of 21 is a direct violation of these Terms. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be permanently closed immediately upon discovery, all bets placed will be voided, deposits returned and any winnings accumulated are forfeited in full.

8. Responsible Gaming

66rr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players to help manage their activity on the platform:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps via your account dashboard. Limits may be decreased immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure session time alerts in account settings to receive a notification when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from 66rr for a minimum of 30 days or permanently via your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. During exclusion the account is locked and cannot be used.
• Time-out: Activate a temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks at any time via account settings, without requiring support contact.
• Reality check: Opt into periodic pop-up notifications showing total session duration and net win or loss for the current session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on 66rr.ws — including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, icons, images, audio clips and software — is the property of 66rr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 66rr.ws for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

9.1 Restrictions on Use

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute or create derivative works from any content on 66rr.ws without prior written consent of 66rr. You may not use data mining, scraping, robots, crawlers or similar tools on any part of 66rr.ws. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence.

9.2 Trade Marks

The 66rr name, logo and all related marks are trade marks of 66rr or its affiliates. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the 66rr trade marks without the express prior written consent of 66rr.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 66rr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of 66rr.ws, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.

10.1 Platform Availability

66rr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to 66rr.ws. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond 66rr's reasonable control. 66rr shall not be liable for loss or inconvenience caused by service interruption, provided it uses reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly.

10.2 Third-Party Providers

Games, payment processing and certain other services on 66rr are provided by third-party suppliers. 66rr is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third parties beyond its reasonable control, including game provider software failures, payment processor downtime, or streaming studio technical issues.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of 66rr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights in relation to it.

12. Severability

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific offer or game terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and 66rr with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

13.1 Waiver

No failure or delay by 66rr in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.

13.2 Assignment

66rr may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without notice to you. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of 66rr.

14. Governing Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Please include your registered mobile number, a clear description of your query or complaint, and any supporting documentation. We aim to acknowledge all correspondence within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

16. Changes to These Terms

66rr may update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the last-updated date shown at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of 66rr.ws following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your only remedy is to cease using 66rr.ws and close your account.

17. Acknowledgement

By registering an account on 66rr, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You further acknowledge that you meet all eligibility requirements in Section 2, that you are acting on your own behalf, and that you are not using 66rr for any prohibited purpose described in Section 7.
